Decent spread for this evening. I haven't tried the world wide stout ... 18%abv/70ibu should be interesting.

Love the first.
Like the second.
Really dislike the third. Just drink a shot of bourbon and then a decent stout. Same effect, better taste, less $

I actually purchased the wrong delirium. I meant to get the tremens at the store. Oh well. And, yea, the world wide stout was just bleh. I just seems like an excuse to make a really high ABV beer. Or maybe I'm not understanding this style.

Broke a 2007 Stone Russian Imperial Stout out of the cellar. Aging helped that shit for sure. Very nice.

Barbera D'Asti 2006: a very good Tuscan red wine, but not expensive.

Hi SuzieQ!

Barbera from Tuscany? Asti is in the Piemonte. Nice grape.

Just bought some '03 Rosso di Montalcino which will be tonight's beverage.

A little too sweet n' sour for my taste, but a good beer if you're into that kind of thing.

unfortunately one cannot call the thing on top of that beer a "head", all sickly and weak.
