How is the Mirror Mirror? I've been thinking about picking up a bottle but am generally unimpressed by Deschutes for the price.

Lips of Faith realigned my ideas about what beer can taste like. I recall that VTP had a similar epiphany recently.

yah, so sour. the lips of faith is just their seasonal label, there are several. i like the sour La Folie. gd, so good.

Made this today. Carrots, celery, onion, garlic, potato, pancetta, tomato, swiss chard, rosemary, parsley, canneloni beans, beef stock, rigatoni. Pretty much awesome.
