anyone ever Dyno Comp'd?`

So I'm helping in a gym grand opening party and part of it is throwing a dyno comp, but I've never done one. so I want to know, what kind of format works best? All at once dyno till you drop, or more structured, one person-one dyno and rotate. I'm partial to the free for all, but i could see it being hard to keep track of sends, but the structured route sounds boring.

Set time limits at each height, free for all, let people know its their last go after x amount of time. Move hold. Same. Do that until you're down to a couple people and then have em take a few goes each until somebody wins.

There are a ton of youtube videos you can check out. I think it works best when you make it a spectacle, instead of a free for all happening in the background.
