My fresh recipe:

GREEN - spinach, cilantro, banana, vanilla yogurt, torino's vanilla syrup, frozen strawberries, mango, and Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard vanilla whey protein pow. Add milk and or ice as needed to adjust shiz.

I was never a fruit and salad person, but these things keep me on-point. My brain is even recovering more quickly from these pre-digested badass beverages. Who needs beer when you can drink green shit at a party!

Screw skinny bitches. Who likes that much Diet Coke?

Grab a sugar-free, not-from-concentrate, organic Cape Cod.

My blender is boken, making smoothies in the parking lot. Not a reason to blame smoothies, but still, the blender is broken.

Drink your juice, eat your ice cream, bananas, etc. shake, do a little dance--> smoothie.

What did you put in there? Looks thick as fuck

This is what went into mine for the morning:

I don't eat much fruit or veggies, but have been feeling better drinking these instead of relying on multivitamins.

They're sort of a meal in a blender. Plus you can go workout right after consuming this stuff because it's pre-digested.

love ON powder! i run the chocolate, not atm cause im struggling w cash...but its the only protein powder i can stomach. stuffs delicious...i might go w vanilla next time and try something more akin to yours...

i pulled that pic off the net, but honestly mines just as thick. i like the sambazon frozen packets, preferably the ones w/ acerola (brazilian cherries) as its a killer energy boost + extra vit C. i toss that in w/ frozen blueberries and a strawberry or two, i only add enough apple juice so that it barely blends, then add a little more till theres a slow churn in the blender. dump the paste into a bowl and add heapings of granola and/or banana slices. classic powerbowl man its the shit

Made my first yesterday. It sucked. Going back to sausage biscuits with an unfiltered camel.

You didn't make it right. Put the camel in there with the bacon and sausage. Spinach and coffee beans.

oddly enough theres a bar brunch in orange county NY that makes a killer, cheap sausage gravy/biscuits bowl. one time, i had been feeling particularly suicidal so i got a side of bacon as well AND CRUMBLED IT INTO THE SAUSAGE GRAVY.

ended up unable to climb that day, and took at least 5 years off my life.... so worth it.
