I guess you'd rather go trad climbing?? This is a boldering forum, douchenugget (all rights reserved), plus there are phenomenal problems there (not all of them). See this post by someone other than myself detailing a nice solo boldering circuit out there: http://blocheadclimbing.blogspot.com/2011/12/kraft-5050-solo-circuit.html

some of the sport climbing is great, but I'm pretty sure we don't discuss these things here.

Hey man, if that's your thing, go for it. I'll climb on the boulders in the canyon below.

Sorry Ike, it came down to a choice between bouldering and eating as much sushi as humanly possible. I'm having a little trouble breathing still.

The weather in Flagstaff/the Grand Canyon looks absolutely brutal for the next few days. -3F? What does that even mean? It looks like drinking is the sanest option anyway.

-3F means you should head south rather than spend time in Flagtown.

lol.

If you need a stopover on the drive from Vegas to Hueco, shoot me a PM.

-3F means a puffy coat, a hat, a pair of gloves, long underwear, and a flask of something awesome if you'll be walking home late at night. it's a dry cold, srsly. also, where are you getting your forecast? 2F tonight is the coldest it should get this week. You can't handle 40F days? jeebus.

I'm still planning to be there Friday night, and for a few days at least. I'm heading back up to Utah for Christmas, not straight to Hueco.

The highest point in Australia is 2228m, Flagstaff is at 2129m. Huh.

Actually, I'm going to spend another day in the Grand Canyon and head to Flagstaff tomorrow. If anyone has time for a beer tomorrow night, I'd be super keen. I'll send a PM to the people I know are from Flagstaff with my number. Word.

Flagstaff is a fun town to go drinking, thanks Joy! I'm not really sure how I managed to get back to my hotel though.

Heading back to Red Rocks to get my chuff on in the sun. Yeah!

So if Joe's is better than Moe's then I REALLY need to get to Joe's at some stage, because Moe's is awesome. Heading to Zion NP for a night then on to HMFT. Word.

Well done. You're in for a treat. Go on tour with Max, the guy traveling with his gf that I was camping with in Bishop when you were there.
