elbows

Postby AlwaysLimping » Tue Nov 08, 2011 10:40 pm

anyone have a secret remedy? besides taking several months off?

specifically, my inner (golfer's) elbow. any sort of compression problem hurts my arm to the point i want to puke & shit my pants & start crying at the same time

anyone tried A.R.T.(active release technique)? or know some good exercises? the reverse wrist curls havent been doing shit

200ft up on a barrel ladder the other day when it kicked in and i started getting that bad pinch, could barely hold on tight enough with my left hand.

wat do?

amputation is likely the most efficient option.

deja vu. there was a 24 hr distance challenge, skiing, follwoing a day in the gym sessioning, and it made my elbows very sore, cumulatively. the trick there was a compression bandage. not tape, which messes with blood flow, but the full coverage over the elbow. for extra a tennis band works good too. 2 wrist bands for double compression. the thing in that particualr instance is that i only had one, so switched it sore elbow to sore elbow. some kind of balance, resulting in triumphant exhaustion.

unless you're looking for sympathy or to provide laughs.... i'd suggest asking a medical professional instead of a bunch of cranky climbing trolls

Your weakness makes me want to punch someone in the face. Grow a pair of balls and get some extra strength tiger balm and slather them, and by 'them' I mean your new found balls and not your nancy boy elbows. Next, recommence sending. Pain is part of life and it doesn't get better as you get older, either you man up and get tougher or you quit and change leisure activities to something more suited to your pathetic genetics, like mall walking. Then we can all get lucky as that forum can listen to your 'my feet hurt so bad I want a colostomy and epidural at the same time' douchebaggery instead of this drivel posted here.

Pain is part of life and it doesn't get better as you get older,

9 days til my recently diagnosed arthritic shoulders return to hueco.

I am excited like a kid at christmas. my shoulders, not so much.

Jlane is on it.

Learn to deal with it or take up knitting. Don't complain when you get carpal tunnel from the knitting. The last thing you want to do is see a doctor who will point out your genetic failures and explain how these are contributing to your current sad state.

As you're saying it broke YOU - I don't exactly understand what you're trying to express here. That you're an office drone and that's why your elbows are all ouchy?

Sorry, you are probably right, I can't begin to fathom what a day wearing your 6" stripper heals and sucking cock at the local truck stop would be like. Rough gig, bro. East Coast Frailty Syndrome can be a terrible genetic disorder and I shouldn't mock especially bad cases like yours. Bad karma.

My dad is doing life in a 3rd world prison, whisper him a sweet nothing from his bastard son. Maybe something along the lines of, 'Oye, guapo, vete al diablo'

thanks. oh, and welcome to b.com, I wasn't paying any attention this year when you joined.
