Sorry all, I've not been near internets for a bit. I'm currently in Curry Village and have a site in Camp 4. KIX, thanks heaps for the beta, much appreciated. ET, got your link on FB, but I'm told that there's a store in Mammoth Lakes that's closer than Bishop? I want to go to Toulumne anyway, so I may just do that. GPS says it's only about 100 miles.

Hey Porch, I'll PM you the links to my blog, flickr account and twitter feed. Thanks for your interest!

I did West Crack on Daff Dome up in Tuolomne yesterday. 500 odd feet of slab and crack in tight down-turned bouldering shoes was fucking agony. Amazing place though.

Very good beta. Also las palmas, the black sheep, schatt's, and the great basin bakery are all legit. Jerky shop on the north end of town is rad too. How long you gonna be there?

I'll be up within that timeline for sure. You guys should take the 6 hour drive to Black Mt, stay for a few days to a week, and get an extended tour. Offer open since I'll be there every weekend besides Thanksgiving and the ones I spend in Bishop anyway.

Nice one. I'll send you a PM, or probably see you in Bishop. Plans to climb a route today fell through, so I'm leaving the valley now.

My tips are utterly shredded. Luckily it snowed quite a bit last night, so rest days ahoy.

Also, I met Pander. He is cool IRL.

looks like LCC season will be pretty much over after this coming weekends snow storm.

Joe's Valley? Depends on the weather. Supposedly it was great this past weekend.

check thishttp://forecast.weather.gov/MapClick.php?lat=39.212192&lon=-111.019613&site=all&smap=1&searchresult=Castle%20Dale%2C%20UT%2C%20USA

also on the same page see webcam for Castle Dale.
