Pianists DO do it, as do violinists, cellists, etc. Pretty much any talented musician who is not playing a wind instrument will make "self-satisfied" faces from time to time. WTF do you even mean by "self-satisfied?" Maybe they are enjoying themselves in that moment, maybe they are just getting into the music. why does this offend you?
