I would rather bump it but you should visit Flagstaff. I'm willing to conduct science.

I'm in my office... but I'm hella bleezed and my arms feel real, real long. Typing is surreal as shit.

Does this count as working remotely?

What about only very remotely doing any work whatsoever?

Worked till 9 last night... I figure that puts me up at least 5 hours in the grand scheme.

Upon returning from a recent trip where I had no cellular reception, I disabled emails from my phone. I'm loving it.

I think there's a name for that but I don't what it is. Sounds like a nice office environment though.

really not much tar to be found since they replaced the oil pier 20 years ago and I'm guessing the supertanker pumping process is much improved. cannot remember the last time I got tarred toes.
ate at El Tarasco yesterday. (there are several these days, none in former locations)
Beach Hut is ancient history. (it moved to Hermosa years ago and has since changed hands for the worse)

Dockweiler remains the same LAX-runway-sewage-treatment-plant psuedo-right-bowl-to-close-out-shithole it ever was.
so you've still got that.

who says 'you cant go home again'?
