weakness leaving the body

weakness leaving the body

Postby 600#gorilla » Tue Jun 15, 2010 11:26 am

i've already had two days off after my last woody session and yesterday my arms were feeling fine and i planned to get back on it today.

however, today my biceps are sore?

wtf?

do i rest again today?

or, is it time to get back on it?

which one of you uberathletes knows the answer?

climb outside all the days and you will never have sore woody issues.

.... woodies are masturbation.

if bicep hurts then climb wide shoulder problems. there may be some tear in your bicep beyond just being worked. massage that muscle, especially at its origin and attachment, over days until it feels healed.

good to see that campustard is still the biggest goddamn fucking idiot on the planet...

if you wait until nothing hurts, then you will never climb or do any athletic activity. the way i look at is that i will be pain free when i die...

You don't use biceps when climbing, must be a masturbation-related injury.

So yeah, climb until it hurts a lot more or goes away.

P.S. If my same middle finger joint hurts periodically for several years, am I fucked?

while masturbating.

Did you stretch after your last session?
Did you (the next day) flush out the lactic acid with some light aerobic work?

stretching and yoga stuff before and after.

tons o' water.

less beer.

no tequila.

bike ride.

so far so good.

whatever i felt in my biceps must have been a call to get back on the hang-board and in the garage.

i hope.

All Ive been able to do for the last 2 months is hang on board, so . . . I'm there with you.

Real rock again next week--only moderates, though.

fingerboard ftw?
