My tires are flat. I haven't ridden in months. My bike is sad.

Went out for a run this morning along the lake. There was an icy area along the seawall that just looked wet, but it was icy! Saw one biker bite it hard, probably thinking he was a bad ass and didn't need to get off and walk like the guy in front of him. Noticed an innocent little lady on a bike passing me, heading towards the death ice. I loudly told her to get off and walk, there's ice. She saw me, I don't think she heard me. Probably wearing headphones. She approached the icy area, still riding, I had stopped to watch what would happen.

Wheels slid out and she fell on her ass.

I laughed.

It was about a 100 foot long patch. You would've fallen with great fury upon landing your bunny hop.

I can't believe you didn't set up a camera to record all the wipe outs! Need snow tires.

I really like this thing

Would snow tires really work on slick ice which is situated upon a slanted surface?

yea, ptard. kendas work. a little spendy but they'll hold on a lot of slick stuff regular tires won't. makes me wish I still had a cross bike when it's slick out instead of just snowy.

puddle crusher.

home-made snow tires are possible. little screws through the back of the knobbies, with duct tape covering up the screw heads. you can make sparks.

This might break the new riding side by side laws... If you can ride it.
