The Kasteel is good.

Belgian styles are generally meh though. Not bad for the most part, but not all that great either. Best for pairing with food. They don't stand as well on their own.

New Glarus Brewery, New Glarus, WI.

The facility far exceeded my expectations. They designed the brewery in such a way to allow self guided tours and see all steps of the operation. Large glass windows for viewing restricted areas, wide open spaces, and a stunning amount of stainless steel. The brewery itself doesn't brew stouts or IPAs, but I tried some Belgian red ale with cherry that rocked my socks. My feeble P&S photos do no justice.
