yesterday we did nicholai's draw cirquit. jill tagged along, 9 months pregnant in hopes of "shaking the baby out." she walked up howards to bad ass, then over to monster wall, and all the way back out of the draw stopping at 11 problems. she managed to take pictures for the first 4..

she lives is so fun--provided the pocket's dry.

You look thoroughly sober at the end of that video.

Yeh... post stuff like that on 8a.nu. We have porch's feelings of inadequacy that preclude posting such extensive ticklists of difficult roofclimbs here.

Not if I fall on my worthless ass, they won't. And heel hooks aren't the go-to move anymore either, given how they strain the lumbar. Given these limitations, I'm thinking about taking up knitting.

back in the better days of ground-up FAs. . .

porch, you might want to look away.

i got a herniated disk L4-L5 and a bulging disk above it, heel hooking is still my #1 cheater move, just take it easy and you'll be back, don't worry. Also, DWS is very low impact, for the most part, unless you do stupid shit like this:

Yea, good job not rap-bolting that boulder problem. Shouldn't you be teaching kids how to read good?

My herniated disk is in the same place, but my bulge is lower (heh) between L5 and S1. It's good to hear that my single superpower--the ability to use my hands and feet on holds that are very close together--might not be completely ruined.

Nice line. [edited for repetition]?
I was planning to come y'all's way this past summer to hopefully take part in such asinine activities, but injuries suck. Next summer, perhaps.
