i'm banning myself

Today's circle jerk is a video of a boldering/parkour crossover. But instead of run/jump starts and wall runs all the parkour moves are backflip dismounts from finishing jugs. Like maybe I can get behind a wall run because it may have some climbing/balance value, but a fucking triple spin dismount from the finish hold?!?! If someone ever tells me I didn't send because my backflip from the finish jub lacks propoer form, I'll probably flip my dome on them.

I'd go full on and get banned from the group, but then how could I subtly tell these people how fucking retarded this shit is irl?

Almost inspiring me enough to go back the gym. Almost.
