While what comes out of your mouth (what you say) is more important than what goes in your mouth (the food you eat), its good to avoid things that are not food...

Nitrates and Citrates, Nitrites..., sorbic acid, thickening agents, phosphoric acid (coca cola), polysorbate, gelatin, aspartame, acesulfame-K, potassium bromate, partially hydrogenated vegetable oil (trans fat)...

The list goes on and on, this crap in the food that is sold to fools that know its crap and continue to buy it. Come on people, population control is no yoke. Its so easy to follow/be like Jesus.

i talked to jesus today.

he told me:

i didn't understand the beginning and ending of what jesus said, you know, he was speaking in tongues and all.

Jesus only speaks to us through his word (The bible).
If you heard anything like that which was audible then it was from the devil.
Besides Jesus is love, his yoke is easy, and he is not confusing.

As Christianity is a lifestyle mostly of how to love someone best (vs shaming & hating someone) most people fail to realize and make fun of religion because they enjoy spiritual more however Christianity is a spiritual religion based on things that actually work if you actually are like Jesus.

If everyone loved one another this world would be better.

Its not a requirement but we are encouraged to join a church to help get more people in the kingdom of God and get a lot more accomplished...Things like shelter, clothing, food, money for the poor...

Jesus' burden is light , & the way of the transgressor (the devil) is hard...Hooking up a yoke onto Jesus involves a daily devotion that you will be like Jesus and pray for good things like finding someone to help.
