Yo Monkey, I ran into some old-timers up near crescent city that are pros at that stuff.. one cat pulled a golf-ball sized nugget shaped like a peanut out of his pocket and told me he's never gonna sell it. I offered him $100... he laughed in my face.

I've panned for flakes and made like $20 off of 10 hours of panning.
