i hear there's a burgeoning Afro-American population within that city. so you will definitely enjoy the multi-cultural aspects angle deeply. something to look forward to.

also, it can get warm during the summer days there. dress appropriately. you are probably as cute as a bug's ear in a sundress!

hmm.. in PHX, murder and forcible rape (what, is there another kind?) actually occur at a higher rate than, *gulp*, LOS ANGELES. so those fall in stark contrast to the 2 things i mention above.

so effing notorious, when I went to google for the image, all I did was type in 'sheriff' in my google toolbar and the first drop down selection offered was Joe Arpaio. He will lock you up, make you wear pink and then deport you, regardless that you are a red, white and blue american. And thats just for minor infractions like loitering or jaywalking. He would summarily execute people if he could, starting with each and every of the local city and county politicians.

He actually got his belly from eating anchor babies.
