Whatever you ignorant fools. Gates is the next Rocklandbleau.

Lox -saw your post in time, but wasn't able to get out. If you are ever in town again, there are better places to hit. Unless you are there around sunset, in which case Gates is the place to be. Sunsets over the Tucson Mts are pretty stunning.

Cannot possibly be worse than grand ledge... if just for the views.

Got hit by a motorcyclist last time I was at gates. Tucson drivers are terrible.

Didn't your mom tell you not to play in the street?

Funny, I find most Tucson drivers are pretty good. Except for the snowbirds and the BMWs with California plates and U of A stickers. Gates is tricky because everyone is gawking at the cactus.

Factoid for the day: Parts of Three Amigos were filmed a couple hundred yards from the famed Gates Pass boulders. In the movie you can even see los amigos hiding behind some of Tucson's most epic choss.
