The movement should just be towards 100% ignore. Then, with no one listening, he might actually leave. And when he does, he won't be able to take joy in the fact that he was banned.

I'll be the only one reading him cuz I don't ignore. I won't tell him I don't ignore him, but I may not respond to several posts, and leave him wondering...
