Spider Bite

Anyone have experience with spider bites? Just returned from a trip to New Mexico. Have a plump bump that's turning black and necrotic. Hurts alot. No signs of spreading. Finally broken and oozing after about 7 days.

Brown recluse is very rare here, but a definite possibility in urban areas. Black widow usually isn't very serious. Prolly herpes.
