Done that a couple times; first time, I got bored. The second: got hurt.

As a young man, I was a dumbass; as an older one, I'm fragile.

There's irony in there, I just know it.

An ankle, right? Yeah, that's an injury, I guess.

FAs imminent. No, I'm not taking pics, cause there's enough publicity for the South already. Bite me.

raining for a month. the river is up, so that's something, and may try that tomorrow in the canoe. it's like a spring flood. FAs are safe for now, like they're wearing camouflage and i am in hunter orange. the fall time will improve.

For this thread to best represent my experience, the title needs a comma between climbing and fucking.

In my life, that comma is beer.

the rain is supposed to stop today and tomorrow and sunday will be in the mid 60's!

on another note,

my freaking shoulder hurts from doing too many push-ups to counter the elbow tendonitis i was experiencing from trying to send in LCC when it was still too hot (i'm a dumbass).

fuck.

lox,

what was that super expensive magic supplement you reccomended?

Nutriex.

It works wonders. I have also been doing some hammer exercises pander turned me on to for my elbow. Depending on the type of pain you have, you may be able to do some corrective shit that's better than pushups....
