This doesn't make sense.
Even Mike Tyson knows what discipline means:
Sure he may have gained some level of knowledge from his discipline, but do you think he loved the lonely, monotonous, grueling training it took to become champ? He doesn't love the fact that he is where he is due to his discipline.
My BJJ trainer taught me figure 4's (kimura) and leg locks today after a 4 hour session running, jumping rope, bags, sparring... blood all stained up in my shirt from a busted nose. I had to practice shrimping for an hour till my shoulders were bloody raw, then tapped late on a leg lock, and dislocated my shoulder letting some big fucker work his arm bar on me. Limping, I finished with weights for another hour.
Ate a 3/4 lb ribeye and a bigass russet potato, have 3 ice packs taped to my body and ready to go at it tomorrow. Uh... that's lunacy. Discipline is to rest tomorrow so I can practice what I've learned today on Tuesday without further trauma.
