B=A except one change. Maybe diff color scheme, maybe move the stuff above the fold below the fold. Maybe more gigantic tittays (always good for bounce rate).
Set up a rotator script (I know you're a php god, should be eazy partay) to show A to visitor 1, B to visitor 2, A to visitor 3, etc.
Run a few hundred visits to each, then analyze. Getclicky.com has really good free website analytics that will tell you a ton about what people are doing once they hit your site. Also, Clicktale.com is a heat mapping service that's pretty educational too.
Once you determine which lander converts better, keep that one as your new A and then make a copy of it with one change, call that one B. Repeat. Eventually, you'll get traffic to convert at 20% or better and you can just sit back and rape n00bs, err customers while firing hard bolder problems and laying pipe to exotic euro chicks.
